This role provides a unique opportunity within a dynamic environment, as Zurich Cover-More integrates the newly acquired Travel Guard business. As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in assessing and executing audit activities related to the global integration as well as implementing an interim and target state for audit. You may work in close collaboration with audit team members across Group Audit or take on more complex areas directly. You will also work in close collaboration for our regional technical centres of excellence, and wider regional team as relevant to bring input and insight to your audit work and delivery the best possible outcomes for the newly expanded Zurich Cover-More business. 

Working with more senior members of the team, as relevant, you will undertake the risk assessment audit planning, work to develop an appropriate scope, key risks and assess the environment, including leveraging Data Analytics, Assessing IT fundamental and leveraging GenAI. You will manage day to day relationships with stakeholders, building strong working relationships.  You will develop high quality audit reports, including business impact and ‘so what?’ and root causes.

As a key member of the team, you will foster a culture of quality, collaboration and continuous learning – enabling the team to deliver impactful audit outcomes. You will contribute to strategic priorities and co-create a leading audit function, utilizing innovative audit approaches, new world skills (Data Analytics, IT fundamentals and GenAI) and Agile methods.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or professional qualification (CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent, MBA or equivalent)
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance within the Insurance industry or +8 years of experience in Insurance business positions
• Good understanding of insurance business. Experience with Travel insurance is a plus
• Strong understanding of Internal Audit Standards and methodology and internal control frameworks. Strong report writing skills
• Extensive experience within complex, fast moving and international organizations
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills with proven ability to interact with stakeholders from all seniority levels and build business relationships
• Good experience/understanding of the power and application of new world skills (Data, IT and AI)
• Excellent project management skills, ability to organize teams, prioritize tasks, guide, and coach team members to deliver on time to high quality standards.
• Passion and enthusiasm to continue to grow yourself and others around you
• Collaborative, flexible, determined, and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent verbal and written English. Another European language is a plus
